Does anyone know of a resource where I can view a video of this skill???

Top tip:

Forget it and just sort everything else out first.

Backward finning demands excelent boyancy and trim. Once sorted its actualy quite easy once you figure out the feet/fins dont do anything its all in the legs.

I'm browsing from my PDA on the train so can't access the links but have a look at skills on my site wwww.dirdiver.co.uk there are a few tips on there.

Have a play in a pool without fins, it's hard to do anything really wrong like this. Fins are irrelevant when you learn this kick, they do indeed get in the way.

Force fins? That's a whole new thread which typing with a stylus I don't have the co-ordination to do at the mo but the quick answer is no - leave them at home for fundies.
