| It may not be your technique, might be your fins. Most people I know with Force Fins find it relatively easy. |

| Sparks, A word of advice - don't bother practicing this on your own. It's best learned on the course honestly The videos on the web show divers moving backwards but what they don't do is explain how to do it. |
