But you're not going to get two bags of 20kgs weight allowance on a First Choice flight, are you?

Iberia is also an option, though they have restrictions on bookings. I couldn't get an open jaw into San Juan and out of Cancun with them even though the flights exist. Ended up with American, who I wouldn't recommend. Don't even get free drinks.

Not wanting to spoil Howards trip report, there was a team decision to give ourselves 'really cool proper cave explorers' names....Howard of course was Shreck Exley.
To be honest after a week of all inclusive buffet, Iain and I were concerned that his blossoming girth may restrict him to some of the more well proportioned Caverns

Sure, but I did get get an extra 10Kg for dive kit (by calling in advance as they send you a letter) and they overlooked a couple KG's here and there!

Not exclusive to the yanks though, when we flew via Amsterdam I was under the umpression Schipol was one of the best airports in the world and that to was shut when we got there

However the baggage issue was one of the main reasons we opted not to fly via the US.
