I'd be interested to hear what your move to DIR involved as i thought you were very much TDI deep air - but maybe i was mistaken. What level of dir are you?
I only ask as the DIR thing intrigues me but i want to get at least another years diving experience in first and then consider it again.

Well I read the whole thread and that was the only thing that interested me.

I seldom post on DIR/GUE, my mum had a saying "if you kick one they all limp" it pretty much sums it up I think. Very defensive stance taken on any critique I didn't think that Steve Harris made an unfair observation but I thought the reaction was a little heavy.

Anyway, Achmed I've been diving a lot in Hurghada in the last four years and the only place that I've ever heard of you is on here. Not so much of a Legend as you think, maybe your PR department is pulling your leg.

So tell me more about the Hookers......
