Just Having A Laugh!!!!

As it says on the thread, just having a laugh---------but how about you boys getting your heads together and telling us about your last dive and what you saw etc, rather than than the usual stuff there's been of late on the dir forum.

This latest manifestation lostdiver is a real throw back-------hey come to think of it, I've just watched American Idol with the wannabees singing Neil Diamond songs.
The latest posts are are bit like these guys making themselves look pretty inexperienced and a just a little bit silly trying to copy the master.

I remember Wetlettuce bursting on the scene some years ago in a dir blaze of inexperience :-) He turned into a really nice bloke, so maybe lostdiver will evolve too :-)

I'll let you know when the weather starts to improve, or alternatively in about 2 weeks when I come back from Scapa diving some undived stuff outside the flow

Of course as Aclohol impacts on perfect physical regime I haven't actually had any, well maybe one but I turned the DIR chip off, so hopefully got away with it this time. The strokes of course drank themselves silly with talk of rapid ascents and dives without practice.

This led me to standing out side having the conversation (argument) with the recently trained open water instructor, who had just come back from AUS and had done intense course from open water to instructor. My processors are just calculating he has done '";.:'>1;2.;.413:.. about 5 dives that weren't a course and was trying to practice his smb deployment in a 2metre pool. He then persisted to tell me that worldwide 13 people died scuba diving last year and this was for lack of exp, at this point I tried to recreate what you strokes call a laugh. I then proceeded to stand in the toilet which I have no use for as a DIR cyborg, until the rambling twat had gone.

I might not have much exp, but how can someone who has done less diving than me be an instructor seriously???? And then tell me I don't know what I'm doing because I don't have a badge which means I can reproduce badges. I think I had a machine that could make badges when I was younger it was quite difficult to use so must give him some credit!!!!!

There I am again trying to reproduce this thing called laughter......

It happens all the time and not just with what you would call the 'strokey' agencies.
