DIR videos

Have been hunting around, but can't find what I'm after - recently there was a link (I think Steve-K posted it) to a DIR site (I think, sorry if I'm wrong) which had videos displaying a guy doing a SMB deployment using a spool. I'm only after it to get some ideas on how to link to video (although the guy's bouyancy makes me so jealous!).
Anyone help?
