Happy birthday Andy - now remember, if going out to celebrate tonight, make sure you Do It Right.

1. You need to have a plan for how much you are going to drink (of course having a couple of spare plans incase you drink more than planned or have to abort the night and go home early)

2. All you and your mates must be drinking the same beverage (same strength and volumes too)

3. While drinking you must make sure that you have a spare drink in your other hand (in case of an emergency)

4. In the event of your glass unexpectedly emptying, use a long straw to drink from your mate's glass until you can both safely make it to the bar.

5. Make sure you are all dressed in black (of course)

6. HAVE A GREAT TIME MATE!!!!

Have you not seen the DIR guide to going out on the piss?

There's a great one involving a backup beer necklaced at the chin. Someone must have a link?

And the standardised clothing so that in the event of spiilage, a replacement can be used from another team member in order to continue with the objective - getting the girl. It's a great little story.
