| Imported post You don't want rigid webbing as a crotch strap - it'll chafe! I found some nice soft green stuff for mine.. goes well with the yellow rigid stuff

| Imported post I agree with Dominic to try and get some softer webbing for the crotch strap. Also, on a used BP that I bought, the previous owner used stainless steel bolts instead of sliders. I use this for my doubles and it eems to work fine for me.

| Imported post <font color='#000080'>I've got a load of softer webbing if you want that. Are you at the Stoney gig? You can have it then. If not, let me know. My man in the rope shop can do loads of different colours/sizes, but the postage will be comparatively high. Last lot cost me 50p per metre. I've just replaced it with stiffer webbing for my harness, you can have 4m of slightly used stuff for the price of a beer. Digs. |

| Imported post Hi Spike I just bought a Dive Rite crotch strap with scooter ring from Simply Scuba - works for me! HTH Regards, and dive safe Martin |

| Imported post Ah... I've got the same type of strap with my OMS, didn't realise it was meant to be for a scooter though, better get down to the dive shop then |

| Imported post You can get an adjustable crotch strap with front and rear d-rings from Underwater Explorers It's £25 but it's mde from soft webbing and is stitched where the front d-ring and loop is. |

| Imported post £25 for a bit of webbing?!? I need to get my sewing machine back into action, I could make a killing!

| Imported post Thanks for all the replies. I'm keen to make it up myself so may take you up on that offer Digger. I won't be at the Stoney gig though. I'm going to a chandlers tomorrow to have a look but if I don't get it there I will be in touch. Regards Spike
