| Imported post Personally I find the following works quite well. A nice slow stroll to the garage in the morning. Lift the garage door up (Make sure it is well lubricated so as not to strain yourself). Drive to work, ensuring you fully exercise the left and right leg on the pedals and the left arm on the gear stick. (Don't worry about the right arm - that get's plenty of exercise as it is!) Slowly walk from the car into work. Take regular strolls to the coffee machine and smoking area. Run out of work at the end of the day. Daz P.S Think I am with Dom and Matt on this one.
