Just curious :-)
Ther are both Faber 7ltr steel 235bar tanks. The floating one has 100 bar 32%02 in and the not floating one has 200 bar 80%02 in.

God I must have been narked stupid. I remember it was Sunday afternoon and their was standing room only in the car park  

The camera did resemble an ROV

Well, that explains it.....nitrogen is obviously the problem as your 80% cylinder must be full of heavy oxygen if 32% of it floats
It's either that or the rubber boot!
