A short programme about Frank Gardner, a BBC Correspondent who got shot and paralysed, and is working his way back into scuba, is being shown on the BBC News channel at different times today.

Saw this last night totally by accident and really enjoyed it.

Did some confined re-training with the scuba trust in the uk then to sharm for actual diving, cumulating with a thistlegorm dive.

Yep - managed to catch it and now have it recorded on Sky+. Very well made, informative and Frank was a real inspiration to us all! The footage of Sharm brought back a few nice memories too...
