You don’t need to be good at swimming to save lives.

OBVIOUSLY YOUR STUPIDITY IS ONLY MATCHED BY YOUR INCOMPETENCE.

no one here has any intention of reporting you to anyone rubber boy.
just giving you the inside of what its like if you make yourself noticed in uk diving .
what andy had off the MCA is the norm
up here now anyone new in the area they think is working charters gets pick up by the coastgaurd station flagged on the system and a phone call to investigate.
i had it with the EMPRESS on the YD weekend this year cos it was a freshly coded boat and not yet registered on the data base .

looks like the land of the sweaty sock is a good place to be a pirate not much chance of the MCA making you walk the plank!
all the best elfyn

Someone had it in for you mate! A bit like when I had been going for 3 months, I had a MCA visitation "because I had been reported" for runing an unlicenced charter despite the fact the vessel was displaying all the correct details they still had to follow up the complaint.
The same week I had a VAT inspection again a complaint....
The following week an income tax investigation again a complaint.... which cost me £1k in accountants fees to sort out

I know who it was and one day they will fall over in the dark and break all sorts of things in the process. I have been waiting for 2.5 years for this ..... it will happen one day

regards

Jesus, and I thought I was the only one that happened to , Bruce I have seen your "operation" definatly not a commercial set up.
Our problem is not the genuine diver taking his mates out but the shops that set up clubs soley to operate a rhib, but advertise the trips in the shops.
MCA reports thats its nigh on impossable to prove/catch/prosecute, however we will wait and see what happens in the new codes.
The last inspection we had (about 6 weeks ago) was a "targeted" inspection of boats. Chatting away to the surveyor he told me that they not only look in the magazines for ads but the majority come from surfing the web.

There is a tie up between the HO50 duty reclaim which is for Commercial voayages only and the clubs which you describe...... all the MCA needs to do is.........

but they wont

Hi Andy,
never realised you were on here as well
I am supposed to be coming down to Dunoon this weekend as the weather reports are good so may bump into you although this time I'll bring my own compressor
That is if I put the boat back together again before then, can't seem to get enough daylight hours during the week to actually do anything, its 7.30pm and its been dark for an hour already
Still nothing from the MCA, not even an email. And here was me expecting a dawn raid from the Serious crime squad (MCA branch) this morning

This is only because you know the folk I go out with and probably can't square them being daft enough to pay me to take them diving
Who are the shops doing the ribs, I can't think of two possibles, one just south of you and another in the big smoke that are most likely offenders............

They are dug in,,,,, mate ........

The rescue CHOPPER dropped them 50 miles to the North, the night before last. The 50 mile YOMP will bring them closer to thier OP,ready for the REECE.SATCOM'S are in place.
RCCC ( Remote Control Camera Crabs ) are walking about the foreshore taking close up shots of your boat, so it's ok to nick one of these as there don't pinch.

Fast raiding craft are in disguse, with blokes 16 blokes in each , dressed up in black rubber suits posing as divers. Men in posing as 'TWITCHERS' are laying out kit, this is perpared in advance for the final CLIFF & BEACH assualt.

What will happen now is

When you go to see with divers in your boat, your have men flying down the cliff on ropes, choppers and boats screaming about..... Your boat will be boarded.
You will be handcuffed and whisked offshore to a waiting submarine and taken away for questioning.

YOUR IN THE CLEAR........... **** SPY NEWS EXTRA ****

The sub has been offshore for the past week, since intercepting this thread,,,,,,,, It is on FIRE and DRIFTING in strong winds ,,,,,,,

So, it has given the whole game away.............

LOOKS like you have got away with and dive for another day
