Plymouth end of Feb - whats the chances?

Thinking about doing a trip to Plymouth towards the end of Feb (probably 26th/27th). Might be a little insane I know, but we've never tried diving at that time of year before and being a Uni club we're generally all in different places over the summer which is why I want to try to get some diving in now (sick of Stoney already...)

Anyway, what's the chances of getting out to something worthwhile in late Feb? Particularly, what boats will be going out at that time of year? Presumably most don't bother do they? Any recommendations of ones who have a reasonable policy regarding cancellations due to bad weather particularly would be good - and cheap good too!

Cheers

David

I think Deep Blue at Mt Batten, Aquanauts on the Barbican and Looe Divers are all year round.
