I saw something about boat charters on the 8 Acre Lake site:

http://www.eightacrelake.8m.com/

Couldn't tell you anything about it unfortunately, but at least it's a start!
Could you let me know how you get on? - East coast is handy for me and I wouldn't mind trying out Brid/Scarborough etc.

Cheers
Russ.

If you decide to arrange something, let me know what dates you're looking at - I will definitely be interested!

Re - Bridlington Boat Charters

Hi, Just for information, I'm Stuart M's wife (one of the Diver/Skippers) Angie. I take the bookings for the boat from Bridlington - Providence. We charge for a minimum of 10 people for a half day charter (6 hours) - you can charter the boat with less people if you wish, but the minimum charge is for 10 people. If you want to go for a full day charter (12 hours) ie Lightship, you get the option to do two dives ie 1 on Lightship and 1 on way back in, the same conditions apply we charge for a minimum of 10 people. For further details give me a ring on 07773 539325 (after 4.30pm) we do have a website www.boathireandcharter.co.uk

Hope this helps.
