| St Abbs Topline= Top Dive= Top Skipper = Top Bloke In light of the recent threads concerning charter boats and skippers I have to tell you all the following. I could write a 4 pager on just how accomodating this guy is... but you wouldn't read it. Suffice to say the following: 1. The blokes actually a happy smiley guy that is happy to take out divers 2. He actually wants to help you load your stuff 3. He has a fantastic system for getting your very expensive dive gear down the harbour wall without the risk of dropping it or scratching the paint and stickers off it or grinding the mouthpieces to bits. 4. He asks you what sort of diving your after, LISTENS, and then takes you there. 5. He helps you out of the water- again with a smile and wants to know how you've got on, what you've seen Etc. 6. Having got back to the harbour with coffee and 2 types of chocolate biscuits he's happy for you to leave you gear on the boat or take it off- what ever you wish 7. An hour before our next dive he came and found us and told us if we wanted we could depart half an hour earlier but no pressure- whatever we wanted. 8. Again, on return to the boat after the second dive, more smiles coffee biscuits and questions about was it ok Etc. 9. He then used his system to haul our gear back up the harbour wall So how many in our party? THREE. Yes THREE. We'd booked and he'd honoured his word. He could have cancelled us, doubled us up or been seriously fed up at a booking of three. There is NOTHING that this guy could have done to make our dive trip better. I'd like to thank him and recommend you to using him. Many Thanks. Adam |

| top bloke indeed and he loves the world of DiFF...even flew the flag a couple of weeks ago. never runs out of choccie biccies and always takes my fins off while I'm still in the water. What more can you ask for? It's worth the 6 hour drive from the midlands for a skip like that. good on yer fella! ![]() |
