TAURUS DIVING... Important news.

Dear divers that use Taurus Diving.

It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that Taurus Diving is due shortly to be placed on the market and rumours will fly around, so I am telling you as it is from the horse’s mouth and would like you as a valued customer to be in the know first and put people straight with any rumours, which have started already. We had a couple of enquiries before Christmas asking if the boat would be up for sale in the near future, which got our minds working, an decision date was made and we have stuck by it.

Reason for sale is basically an upgrade of larger multi-role vessel, we have been listening to comments from all our customers in what other boats they use and what services are provided for the customer. Although the ‘ Taurus ‘ has served us well over the past 3 years, I personally feel it’s getting harder to supply the level of service and trips that divers are now getting accustom to plus having a bigger sized vessel can help with some winter projects and work boat contracts here off Dover, which is our ‘ bread and butter ‘ out of the diving season.

Now we want a quick sale of the ‘ Taurus ‘ so that the funds from the sale can be put towards our final decision, this will cause some disruption in our service for a while. BUT will endeavour to plan to keep any disruptions to the bare minimum, we do need to do this quickly before the real 2006 dive season kicks in, but not rush into things and make the wrong choices putting us back to square one again.

Also, I have had several offers from other skippers that have said I could use their boats to help us out, to run their boats etc etc.

Our services at present are still running as per normal, taking bookings and deposits. However, not knowing when the change will happen, will we try and do it when dive bookings are at there least, this hopefully will help to keep our customers at the time with no loss of monies or diving to them. It might work out that from time scale of the change over that booking will have to be cancelled, this does not affect the customer’s rights for returning deposits .

Hopefully our decision will be for the best and that we see that it makes your diving to contain more enjoyment and less hassle, all of us at Taurus Diving thank you for your past custom and support and continue to do so in the future, we have met and made some great friends which we don’t want to loose.

We will of course add all up to date information as we get it on our website and e:mailing list.

Here’s to a good and safe season of diving.

Andy.

Thumbs up On board bar?

Well done Andy for taking the plunge and moving forward.
I'm sure we're all looking forward to the on board facilities, such as bar, restaurant, hostesses, massage parlour, etc, etc. Maybe even a dishwasher .
Best of luck with it all mate, and I for one am definitely looking forward to diving with you again just as soon as I'm fit.
Cheers
Larry
