All Charter Boat Operators will have a reputation like us members which YDrs can add to or take away. Good skippers get rewarded, bad ones get moved down the rankings.

Haven't been to Scapa yet so I can't really give you a rating. Obviusly this will be a bit more meaningful when there's more rated operators. (I suppose it would be helpful also to know how many people have rated....)
