| South Coast dive boats I starting to take on responsibility for booking dive boats for my club and I thought I'd open this up for recommendations from YD members since I'd like to introduce some new boats rather than just using the same old ones again. I'd love to hear your suggestions for boats and skippers for the south coast - we're based in Surrey so normally head down to Brighton, Littlehampton, Eastbourne etc with the odd weekend to Weymouth. Or is there anyone to stay clear of?! Any thoughts?! Or any tips to consider when planning a season's diving? Cheers! Pete |

| Brighton - Steve Johnson on Channel Diver 2 Weymouth - Smudge on Scimitar / Cutlass Are the ones I've used and been very happy with them both.

| For Portland there is always Reg with Tideflow. The boat is a bit basic and he just does the harbor and close in but he's a good bloke (and occasionally plays Jethro tapes
