Question Manchester area Dive Referee??
Hi Guys,

A friend of mine (honest) had a heart attack but has been cleared back for diving by the medical folks at the local hospital. For dive insurance purposes however he needs to see a BSAC medical referee, preferably in the Manchester area. Sounds simple, but when he has tried to ring a few listed by BSAC they have stopped doing it since the self certification came in. Can anyone point me in the direction of a current practicing diving referee around Manchester or Liverpool?
