You want to try freefall with fins on, now that is what I call fun.

Oh! Only to be young again........

Cheers

No not efficiently, properly, by using the approriate gasses, correct deco curve shape, nice oxygen windows and slow final ascent to surface from 6 meters.

Hope you get unbanned

Safe diving,

Just to sort this one out. The BSAC tables' recommendation is for flights of less than 90mins, not long flights. This comes from the Altitude transfer tables, as you go from sea level to flight altitude (level 1 to 4) you move from tissue code A to C. If the flight is less than 90mins you have not yet reduced tissue code, so when you land you go from 4C to 1B. If the flight is over 90mins you have 'fizzed off' enough to drop to code B, which means on transfer you go from 4B to 1A. Even if you are on code B you can still dive, there is just a decompression penalty, i.e. No Stop time for a 30m dive drops from 20 to 12 minutes. If you wait for the quoted 10 hours you have improved your tissue code to A.
