You may want to ask a Doctor for a second opinion - normally they can give you this after a lengthy examination

If you want to give this a miss, it's probably OK to dive if you are suitably trained - after all - Trolls are known for talking out of their a$$es so you should work off any discomfort

What you need sonny is to get yourself some otc GERMALOIDS ointment, pop it in the fridge for an hour - and enjoy.

bad luck on the piles - hurt like buggery, so I'm told.

I knew they would come in useful sometime. Unless they are external they wont give you a problem If they are bleeding (sorry) then make sure you keep the fluids up. The Padi disclosure form asks about bleeding but they want to know if its haemophilia (sp?) rather than Farmers.
Having said that you should also keep your Iron levels up or you will suffer from fatigue too. Liquid iron is good as tablets bind you up. I'd recommend Fersamal, tastes damn awful but gets the Iron count up quickly.

For any of you youngsters out there who dont have them (yet) - your time will come!!!
