| Yesterday I cleverly (or not!) managed to trip over my 7 year old son while coming downstairs resulting in a verypainful knock/twist to the right side of my right ankle (lateral malleus or something like that). Today, GP said possible fracture Question: How long should i stay off diving after I can walk without limping? [Ankle currently supported by tubigrip bandage (3 layers).]

| Take it very easy when using the ankle again after injury you could set yourself back along way. Get a good physio and follow their advice. the ankle takes alot of abuse while you dive cos of the extra loading of moving your fins through the water. So go easy when getting back in the water. best of luck with it. |
