Another way is go to 'Reply post' and cut and paste it from there (and then back out of it, not 'submit', obviously - loads of ways

I think it is important to say that if you feel the need to perform this on someone, then you should have already called for medical assistance. This should not be used by non-medics as a screen to decide whether, or not, someone has suffered a DCI and to then base a decision about calling for help on.

I've been searching on the interwebby for a laminated copy / slate with this on and I can't find a site that sells them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
