Raynauds (again - sorry)

Just a quick question to those people who have it to save me wasting my GP's time (but i promise to mention it next time im in there honest!).

I am getting really cold fingers, sometimes just the one, sometimes all of them. The palm of my hand can be normal, but the fingers *really* cold, sometimes just the tips. The cap refill can go up to 5second plus, but they dont go the waxy white which seems to be so characteristic of Raynauds. This has defo got worse over the past month.

Did other peoples Raynauds start like this? Or is it just my crap circulation? My mum has it already, but she cant remember how it started off.

I cnt really remember how mine started either. Such a long time ago and its one of those things that gradually get worse. Sound like you might have it, especially as your mum has. Mind you mine started when I was late teen early twenties but it has been very slow. Of late over the last year or so it doesnt seem to be getting any worse and as I have given up smoking I hope this might generally help all my circulation and stuff.
