I find "Air Waves" chewing gum really helps. The vapour off the gum combined with the constant chewing really seems to clear them up. It doesn't seem to have anything that could effect you while you are diving so probably worth a try.

Ear Juice

I was given a magic potion which I'm reliably told consists of:

1/3rd hydrogen peroxide (3% stuff)
1/3rd alcohol
1/3rd water

fizzies like crazy....it's like a free flow inside your head....really odd feeling but it clears up any infection very quickly indeed.

Please confirm the contents before pouring it into yer lugs!
