Well done on not smoking, I haven't had a fag, or any tobacco product, since June 8th. My technique for stopping was to bet the Gavster £50 that I could go longer than him without using any tobacco. &nbsp;I'm far to miserable to want to lose £50 to him.

If you see him sneaking a fly drag let me know.

Same problem with the weight.

Maybe we should go for some sponcored weight loss to support the new non smokers.
