Are you trying to be a total arse or does it really come naturally.

I am sure you understand your comment, I am not sure anyone else does.

You're up early!
Have you banged it recently?
Did you scratch it/cut it whilst gardening?
Is it red/hot to touch?

Just a dull pain just above the joint and then an extreme burning sensation. Might also be effecting the tendons in the back of my hand, might just be a work related thing. I do lift and carry alot and obviously keyboard work.

Tendo-sinovitis?
Inflammation of the sheath following reptive strain?
Ibrubroven gel, anagesia and use the other hand to drink the wine!
If not better by Monday contact your GP.
After the battle with the receptionist to get an appointment... by the time you do get to see the Dr - it will be a week later and may have settled!

Hair cut? I'm off for a polish!
Hope it gets better soon - sending you a get better hug!

sounds like it - i recommend wearing a sports support like an elastic srap just around arm below the elbow. work a treat.

currently have dislocated shoulder - which explains one hand typing - much worse than tennis elbow.

co-codamol is good too!

Nurophen or other anti inflammatory and rest is the answer i am told. I also use a support when playing badminton and a very large hand grip on the racket.

ATB

I used to get tennis elbow playing badminton. I chnaged my grip size and it is a lot better, originally I went for a larger diameter grip, which made it worse, so I changed to a smaller grip and its goes away.

I must be used to holding something small in my hands

Not tennis elbow

Thanks Fletch that was a good test.

Think Pauly is correct, I spoke to the pharmacist at the chemist and she said probably a tendon problem and suggested a tubigrip bandage. I already had some anti inflammatory tablets so I will take those.

It is bloody painful though.
