| A long time! Ask your surgeon when you can start running again. I suspect it will be a similar time for diving.

| This will depend on many factors but most important of those will be your age & fitness. My son's judo instructor is in his late 40s and recently had his hip replaced. He was back in action within 6 weeks but he's an exceptionally fit guy. His O-Goshi will never be the same though |
