| Another Update Been to Leeds today and had another Echo. It looks like I have a small leak on the edge of my amplatzer, so all been well that will heal over with time. I asked how easy the holes were to spot and Dr Gibbs said that they were easy to see if you know your way around a heart. He does a balloon sizing of the hole which plugs the hole and then looks for others. So it looks like I just had the one He also said that reports have just been released from Germany saying that amplatzers can still be healing after 2 years. So now it's just a matter of waiting to see Dr Wilmshurst again on 2nd Aug (Judgement Day) Ali

| Judgement Day! So 6 months later it's back to see Dr Wilmshurst, and this time my Mother was with me The result of my bubble study was the same as last time, still shunting loads of bubbles after valsalva My mother got the all clear though So the saga continues. Ali I'm longing to go to Hodge Close again

| Sorry to hear that Ali. Let us know how you get on back at Leeds. Do you have the references from Germany by any chance? Mary
