Oxygen masks

Can I be given some percentage difference that a O2 medical face mask(hospital kind) and how much of a difference this leaves an O2 100%reg with noseclip is. My clubs O2 kit has a medical mask with air holes in it. THIS IS WRONG. I need facts'n'figures to tell them the difference between the percentages 'till I try and educate them.

Two types of hospital mask Peter, both disposable incidently. Without bag - typically 50%, with bag typically 65%, cover up the air holes add 15% to the Hudson (bagged system).
In my opinion the best mask is one of the several types of bagged resuscitation systems. They work with concious and unconcious casualties, oxygen and non oxygen.
