I am at Stoney tomorrow, and i have a cold. I am currently taking CONTAC a decongestant.
Can anybody tell me it is safe to dive whilst taking them ?

Stony and the Stanegarth will still be there when your cold is better, my advice would be to stay at home and do your income tax return. I am full of flu and that's what i will be doing!

Only ever once dived with a cold (keen trainee days), a one week cold turned into a month long cold, don't do it mate, you'll be sorry. (it's only Stony after all...)
IMO, The only time it's worth pushing the envelope and diving with a cold is if you're on a diving-only holiday
