 Imported post recently had a Hernia operation 20th of jan(god sounds ages ago!)was wondering if anyone could tell me when it's ok to dive again i am back at work but it's still abit tender around the scar      |

| Imported post <font color='#736AFF'>I had a repair done Oct 2001 it took until March 2002 before my GP and I felt it safe to dive. I had all sorts of muscular twinges to contend with, that were all part of the healing process. I was pretty nervous with the first dive, carrying lots of weight, so be real careful when exiting from the water |
