| Ian it may dip after diving but shouldnt stay that low for so long. Despite replacing your fluids from any slight dehydration due to losing so much in respiration you should be boucing back sooner. Edit:Just had a thought about how to put your blood pressure up safely - holding a few more struggling females down on the seabed and trying to lie on top of them should put your blood pressure up a bit Last edited by triplefin : 07-01-07 at 08:05 PM. |

| I could give you my credit card balance, that would certainly put your blood pressure up PS seriously, i have had low blood pressure for years which is unusual for a fat bird. It is usually so low they thing the monitor is broken and toddle off to get a new one to check. Mind you, i never get any sort of symptoms

| During my recent incarceration in hospital my BP was dipping to your lower figures Ian, and at this point people started rushing around, opening up drips to maximum, elevating my feet and calling senior doctors. Get it checked out! Oh, and when you get a low reading, check it on the other arm also.

| I'll go with everyone's advice. Go to a doctor. Out of interest however, my cousin was suffering from really low blood pressure recently - kept fainting, no energy etc. She does a lot of running and eats really healthily - no packaged foods, doesn't cook with salt. The doctor told her to eat more salt. Three weeks later her blood pressure has increased, and she has stopped fainting. Still say go to a doctor though! |
