I'll echo the salt advice, I had very low BP and was prone to cramps - used to get them in my toes all the time, looked really wierd. Started getting more salt and the cramps stopped. BP is still lower than I'd like (various doctors say I have a wussy heart - yipee) but the salt helped get it out of the realm that would have me dizzy when I stood up etc.

Let us know how the doctor's visit goes would ya?
