Can anyone offer any good solutions to sea sickness. I am ok whilst traveling about to a site but as soon as the boat stops and i start kitting up I get queasy. This is on a RIB I dont know if the same would happen on a hard boat . Will find out in March when I got to egypt.

THanks in Advance

Andy

Boots own Travel Sickness tablets, available over the counter. Bloody marvellous.

Ginger nut biscuits (But not to many!)

**EDIT**
Also tell poeple you get seasick and ask if you can get kitted up first and in, so there is no hanging about.
How about asking when you get near to the site slow the boat to a crawl and start getting ready then as soon as the boat stops you can be in.

I find a good fried breakfast just before setting off and once stopped a selection of pork and salted food, followed by a cup of tea works a tread. After surfacing try a couple of donuts, any variety will do and a Mars bar. Works for me!

I don't really like ginger or really strong ginger!

I tried ginger and stugeron. Ginger didn't work and stugeron made me sleepy. And then found Traveleze. These are so brilliant , you only need one per day and I have handed them out to queezy people on boats who said they worked even after you start to feel sick.

They are worth a try.

It's also a good idea to have a big breakfast before you set off, funnily enough an empty stomach can make you feel more queezy.

That's what I use. They're the same as Kwells. I found Stugeron didn't work and Sea Legs made me fall asleep on the drive home.
