Not quite big enough but I have been in there, snorkelling and in the dry suit. In fact DanE is waiting to win the caption competition so he can post an utterly horrendous photo of me in there. Sadly it was half empty at the time.

I did dream of being able to move and build a bigger one, with room for all my 4 foot sturgeon, and to check kit Unfortunately it wasn't to be and I'm actually trying to 'downsize'
So, house with 5,500 gallon pond for sale. Rather fab with decking bridge and platform

It's a bit overgrown now, all the painting needs re-doing and the garden has reclaimed my yellow brick path but it could be yours Going on the market imminently

Really nice shed isn't it. Came with the house. I moved it and did it up. It was bloody hard to move and has 135 roof tiles All which had to come off and go back on again. You could almost live in it. I was going to put curtains up but never got round to it

Thanks for the offer, but I've just bought one and I think two would be greedy.

I may end up building a shed not unlike that in my new garden though, to use as an office when I 'work' from home.

Thanks Eric It's good to get one recommended so I'll probably go for that

Developments are now making wonder whether the usual painkillers, paracetamol & ibuprofen, are good enough for the leg pain. Have you any tips on that ?

I found the belt took away most of the pain.
I well remember when I was on Malta I set off from the Hotel having forgotten the belt. I only got a couple of hundred yards before I was reminded how 'necessary' the belt was and returned to my room to put it on.
At the time I was taking a daily dose of 1600mg of Ibuprofen by way of Brufen Retard which is prescription only slow release form but this was for my Arthritis.

The best ones are the ones on the NHS, so it would only cost the £6.85 prescription fee.

There are two types, spring and elastic band type. Most men get a better result from the spring type, which should comfortably stop the hernia from coming out.

Have a word with your doctor or pharmacist about this. You should be measured for this as you've got to get the right size or it won't work.

Excellent Thanks, I had hoped that might be the case. Interestingly it seems to be 'returning' sometimes, well gets smaller, so I think that's handy for my upcoming diving

GP told me the NHS did not do one and I couldn't have a prescription Chemist didn't have any and said large pharmacists like Boots would do them but a post above does not rate the Boots ones.

I have ordered one now that is adjustable from 34"-46" so, hopefully, that should do the job
