| Can't help with this but the past couple of dives I have done have given me some pretty painful 'nose squeeze' which I have attributed to my hayfever..and/or..use of it's nasal spray remedy desensitising my nose even though it's probably still a little blocked. Bloomin painful it is - took fappin' ages to clear !! You have my sympathies ! Graham . |

| There is no pain at all or even discomfort ,it's just annoying !

| If you are certain it is not man flu - Skipper has posted that he has been advised to try hay fever tablets by Al & Fraser - although they have no medical qualifications whatever, apparently, it seems to work for him! See the end of the MK26 thread. and yes, it was I......... Di x

| I got back from diving at Dorothea yesterday (late as usual), had tea went to bed feeling totally normal. Woke up this morning with a bit of sinus pain so I sat up in bed, at wich point about a cup full of water literally 'fell' from both nostrills. The missus still doesn't believe me and is adamant that I pi$$ed the bed! ![]()

If just sea water I think you'll find it's simply a jolly good clean out ![]()

| I always find a nice drink from my sinuses on a safety stop is a good relief from my dry, tickly throat after an hour of breathing dry air. It's a blessing ![]() |

| I have sussed it. Wear the nose shaped bit of the mask over your nose. Hey presto! No more sea water up your hooter.

Hmmm I hate to admit it but you may have something as I know my mask leaks a little & it always settles under my nose so it could be inhaled seawater I suppose .Have to monitor it more closely & see if on dives were the mask leaks I then get runny nose .
