Shove a football in it overnight. It will stretch it very slightly. Althernatively, don't do anything,a nd eventually it will stretch on its own. Enough for comfort, but because of the way it works, not enough to leak.

I have heard that if you flush any salt water off the latex seal you reduce the effects as does shaving the night before rather than on the morning of the dive.

The Neo seal always starts off on the tight side......after about 10 or 20 dives it should feel more comfortable
