not exactly true. You should have an ECG on your first medical, not the subsequent ones

If the doc who is doing your HSE feels the need to make sure your heart is not going to conk out underwater, or there are other underlying reasons which mean he feels it would be appropriate, then he can do it.

If Uwila's doc things he is a bit of an old git, then fair enough
