Hi im relatively new to the scuba world. But i think i may be of some value in this subforum. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, and operate out of Fitness First Lincoln. Now this is not a commersial post as i am not looking for business.

As a personal trainer i tell my clients life is about balance. thats why i order dominos pizza to the gym and always eat it in the lounge
