| I try and go swimming at least twice a week. All I would say Wilbo is don't leave it, till you're 45 to get fit, its a bl##dy struggle what with fitting in around work, home etc - so get to it

| I run about 4 times a week at the moment, just started playing 5-a-side (although I majorly suck at football), with a few gym sessions chucked in. I'm 5 weeks off a half marathon (with another one a fortnight later), but usually what happens after a big race I'll lose motivation and go on a drinking binge for a good few weeks. This time I'm booking my next race before the last one has finished! Gym sessions are 50 minutes hard cardio, when I say hard there's usually a pool of sweat on the floor around m ![]()

| run every evening with the two cocker spaniels - all cross country for about 8 miles on our usual circuit. Takes about an hour and a bit most days (if the dogs are good and dont bugger off down a rabbit hole or something of the sort) Cycle every day to the station and home which is about 1.5miles each way. Also walk everywhere I go normally, unless its a big stint, then ill consider public transport What i really need is a 25m swimming pool and a training club within 5miles cycling distance from my house. Then I can get back into my triathlon training Keith
