| I generally to exercise more than four times a week, jogging 3-4 times, cycling and taking my dog for long walks. Oh, and diving too In recent weeks I haven't done much, mainly due to work, but the dark nights are coming and I like to jog in the dark, so I think I'll be getting back into the swing of things soon.

| i go running twice a week a the mo.. i would go to a gym as well but the closest decent one is 30miles from where i live.. but some of the shore dives that i do more than make up for the lack of gyms!! TTFN TD ps i also cycle when i get chance to borrow my brothers bike.. (mine got sold when i went to uni!!) which is a shame as Banchory has some really good trails that can keep one occupeid and out side for hours!! |

| Last year I decided I had to start. I bought a Concept II rowing machine and some running shoes. By the early part of this year I'd got my weight down from 15st 4lb down to 14st. I'm now hoverring around the 15st margin again. In my defence frequent travel and long business meetings makes a regular exercise program very difficult but it's not impossible. I need to start motivating myself again! |

| At least 2 sessions of an hour on an excercise bike, and a 20 mile ride on a real one.
