I had a similiar thing on a VFR as well funnily enough. I hit a Vauxhall senetor head on. I crushed the tank which split my knob open, luckily it wasn't that serious and its on top form now.. My bollocks escaped unscathed thank god. Unfortunately my spine didn't and I damaged 4 vertebrae. It still gives me grief to this day(was 8 years ago)and I really have to look after my back. After a week of long dives it just isn't fun anymore if I've got weight in the wrong place.

I've managed to get an HSE medical no problem though, I told them my history and passed the fitness tests fine. You should be fine do the physio and make it strong again.
Good luck.
John

Luckily I have an extremely small penis so that was hardly damaged at all. But the internal bleeding pooled in my scrotum turning it Ribena purple then Coalite black and nicely swollen. While lying in bed in hospital with all the OAPs waiting for hip operations and a very camp bloke who broke his little finger in his shop's emergency exit door I took great pleasure in showing anyone who visited me (including my friends mum) the comedy rainbow effect on my love spuds. At one point I had red, yellow, green, purple, blue and black all happening at the same time.

In fact, I think there might be a photo hidden right at the back of a drawer somewhere that Missus Woz took.

Now. Who wants me to go searching?

If you get a bunch of bike racers together the conversation starts on racing, degenerates into crashing and they end up swapping hospital stories.

I do not come to Yorkshire Divers for that. I have too many old friend to limp in and do that to me. Give over.

<sigh> I'd be far happier to have metalwork in my limbs than the titanium spring in my heart but from the sound of the fun you guys have had I expect you've been introduced to my old friend 'the male urinary catheter'.

Have it fitted is 'novel' and having it removed is 'breathtaking'.
Remember and weep.

Mr. Morphine is your friend...

Ladies with lymphatic bends look quite interesting when they come in to the pot. Lots of swelling around the Chest area.

Funnily they all say get rid of the pain but leave the swelling (Or was that their other half)

Treated a bloke with a dead arse cheek last year. Nothing suprises me anymore.

I had a similar 'whoopsie' a few years back with corrective surgery & bone graft from the hip - all seems OK with no issues...

Luckily, I've never had a big crash, only a couple of low speed SMIDSYs (Sorry Mate I Didn't See You). However after reading this thread I'm going to buy a cricket box before I get on the thing again!

Do you mind if we try?, handy for passing the time waiting for the second dive!

PS: I can only imagine the pain of using your "Nutini's" as a cushion, and right now Im nearly shedding a tear even thinking of it....

I do know someone who had a bent nut.
I can't remember exactly how it happened, but I couldn't help laughing when he told me it was all down one side, into his left (or it might have been right) testicle.
