Far from it - I'm relieved that we are at a similar-ish level. I did 4 miles on Friday and still hurt today so I wussed out of going this lunchtime!

I did 3.5 miles at lunchtime today. The "Martyn Keane" on the challenge is one of the chaps who works for me, and we've started running when we're both in the office.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

So can I join in by just posting on this thead rather than having to spend money I don't have?

I ran 10k last Thurs. Then did Tough Guy yesterday. Currently having two days off then aiming to run 10k again on wed.

Trying to get fit enough to do the North Downs run (30 k) but its not looking that good atm
