Georgina I have 2 friends who after many years of unexplained tummy troubles diagnosed by docs as stress, IBS etc have Candida. However they have learned what they can and cant eat and drink - chiabatta good/english bread BAD,Halloumi good/cheddar bad and so on but ... you can drink vodka without too many probs esp if mixed with sugarfree mixer. HTH

When I did the spit test two weeks ago my saliva was just like a jelly fish with strings dropping down before it all sank. After two weeks of a diet without sugar, yeast, etc. my saliva is now stretching between the top and bottom of the glass before sinking after about ten minutes.
