| Hi SGD, Where abouts on your arms are they? What were you wearing in the pool? Could they be marks from carrying stuff or donning / removing kit? Si

| Does'nt sound like anything too serious. Might just be a rash or alergic reaction to something un connected to your poll sessions. Could just be chafing/rubbing. get some cream on it, should be hunky dory!!

| Sounds like you've pinched your skin on the suit or something, but without knowing what kit you had on its hard to say. Sure its nothing though, but as with all things, keep an eye on it....

| was a wet suit worn? i get this when my skin is next to neoprene, itchy red marks! use to think it was a skin bend |
| ||||
| Thanks guys - I was wearing a costume - short-sleeved t-shirt - BCD, etc - but will just keep an eye - probably nothing to do with pool session - just my 'old' body.... |

| nasty pool chemicals might irritate the skin |
| ||||
| Sounds more like a irritation rash than anything more seroius .... on the other end of the scale you do hear of people getting bends in a pool but in perspective these are almost always instructors who are diving 10 times a day and doing CESA practices and the like. If you have any fears then consult with your dctor but I would think that skin irritation is the cause. Hazel

Any chance that it could have been this ? Cheers, John |

| i get this somtimes it pores , sweat and the chemicals in the pool mixed with abrasions. stick some cream on it and it should be okay . if it wont go ask your chemist . and if it persists see a doc . but sounds like a skin rash .
