Ditto.. I had sciatica about 8 years ago which flared up and gave me pins and needles in my leg. 6 sessions with a chiropractor who also did some acupuncture sorted me out.

Good advicde from everyone. Thanks. Have got 4 weeks to get it sorted as I've got a weeks liveaboard booked and want to be fighting fit for that!!
