What do dive medicals consist of ?

Hi all just about to book a dive medical for me holibobs and was wondering what it consisted of ?. as i'm dont have any problems that i can see i was wondering what it will involve.

god i had to do one years back when i joined a saa club,

no fear, blow test to check lungs, listen to heat and breathing,

not sure if he took a urine sample? if he didnt need one he must be drinking the stuff,

Depends on what medical you're on about.....if HSE then there's a step test, breathing efficiency and a whole host of others. If it's just the standard thing then usually not much....I don't remember a breathing efficiency test. In fact I just remember a check up of the ear drum motility, stethoscope on the chest and a quick review of medical history.

just had my annual HSE medical renewal on friday so i can tell you what is involved, but i think you are talking about a simple quacks checkup for holidays.
