NikePlus: The YD 50 kilometre Chase
no sprint this month. In fact, no time limit either.

First Person to run 50 kilometres, starting today, wins. I've left it open until the end of August but I'd hope someone might win by then!

Sorry just wanted some clarification. Is that 50 km overall, or 50km in one session?

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Bloody hell thats a long way. I average about 30km a week so anyone trying for this you have my deepest sympathy!

I still haven't recovered from the 10km race i was talked into entering last week.

Ive never managed to be any good on a rower. As well as finding it hard work (ok so do more rowing!) i find just like today after 15 minutes i get a painfully numb arse and have to stop.

A word of advice; cycling shorts with a padded arse ... OK that's six words but who's counting, er me obviously otherwise I wouldn't have known it was 6 instead of the originally planned 1. Which goes to show one has to be flexible and be ready to adapt at any moment... fcuck, I'm boring myself

Just confusing the fk out of me instead

Wonder if i'd get odd looks and went into a sports shop and asked for a nice pair of shorts with a very padded arse.

(maybe no worse than running a 10k race wearing a bright pink vest as last week though i guess)
