Right, so how do I check this? I've got the ipod plugged in and all's fine, I've connected to nike plus to check it connects, and it knows that Digger's a lazy bastard and hasn't done any running yet.

The only bit I'm not sure about is the date... anyone?

I have hit a snag. I have all my music on my new nano ipod from my mates computer and if I plug it in to mine it will wipe it apparently??? Can I use the Nike+ thingy without wiping the music on there?

Yes, just make sure you have things set up so you manage your muic manually and not auto sync. I dont think it will wipe your music, it never does it to mine.

Go into Settings, scroll down to Date and Time and make sure they are correct.

As long as you don't iTunes to automatically sync your iTunes music to your ipod you will be fine. There is a small tab which comes up for Nike+ on the userprofile thing.

Oh, don't you worry. I'm merely tech support I'm leaving the running all to him.

I've only joined the gym so that I can sit and perv.. I mean, go to yoga classes. That was it, it was definitely so I could go to yoga classes.
